Publication Ethics
Scholar J is committed to maintaining high standards of publication ethics and integrity. The journal expects authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher to uphold principles of honesty, transparency, fairness, confidentiality, and accountability throughout the publication process.
Scholar J follows established principles of responsible scholarly publishing and considers relevant guidance from the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and other recognized standards of academic publishing. The journal does not tolerate plagiarism, fabrication or falsification of data, duplicate or redundant publication, inappropriate authorship, manipulation of the peer-review process, or other forms of academic misconduct.
Responsibilities of Authors
Authors are expected to:

Plagiarism and Academic Misconduct
Scholar J considers plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, citation manipulation, authorship misconduct, and other forms of academic misconduct to be serious ethical violations.
Manuscripts may be screened for originality and may be investigated where concerns about plagiarism or other forms of misconduct are identified. Where misconduct is established, the journal may reject the manuscript or take appropriate post-publication action.
Responsibilities of Editors
Editors are expected to make fair, objective, and independent editorial decisions based on the scholarly quality, originality, relevance, and integrity of submitted manuscripts.
Editors should:

Research Ethics
Authors are responsible for ensuring that research involving human participants, animals, personal data, or other ethically sensitive subjects complies with applicable ethical standards, regulations, and institutional requirements.
Where applicable, manuscripts should provide information concerning ethical approval, informed consent, and other relevant ethical safeguards.
Corrections, Retractions, and Post-Publication Concerns
Scholar J recognizes its responsibility to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record. Where significant errors, misconduct, or other concerns are identified after publication, the journal may publish corrections, retractions, expressions of concern, or other appropriate notices.
Post-publication concerns will be assessed carefully and, where appropriate, investigated in consultation with the authors, editors, reviewers, or relevant institutions.
Complaints and Appeals
Authors may raise legitimate concerns regarding editorial decisions or the publication process through the journal's official contact channels. Complaints and appeals will be considered fairly and handled with appropriate confidentiality.
Scholar J reserves the right to investigate allegations of misconduct and to take appropriate action when necessary to protect the integrity of the journal and the scholarly record.
