Scholar J is committed to making scholarly research openly accessible to readers. Articles published in the journal are made available online without subscription or paywall restrictions, allowing readers to access, read, and use published research in accordance with the applicable licensing terms.

Open Access

Scholar J operates under an open-access publishing model. Authors and readers can access published articles online without subscription fees. The journal supports the broad dissemination of scholarly research and encourages responsible sharing and reuse of published work in accordance with the article's stated license.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

Scholar J charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of US$500 (five hundred United States dollars) per accepted manuscript.

The APC is payable only for manuscripts that have been accepted for publication. There is no APC payable solely for submitting a manuscript or for undergoing peer review.

The APC covers the costs associated with the editorial and publishing services required to prepare and publish the accepted article as part of the journal's open-access publishing model.

Unless otherwise stated by the journal, no additional publication charge is applied to an accepted manuscript beyond the stated US$500 APC.

Transparency and Editorial Independence

Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions, peer review, acceptance, or the academic assessment of a manuscript. Editorial decisions are based on the scholarly quality, originality, relevance, ethical integrity, and suitability of submissions for Scholar J.
